Terms & Conditions Of A Booking

General Terms and Conditions

The details laid out in these Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement whether agreed verbally or in written context, for the provision of Entertainment Services between Farr Out Magic and The Client, the person booking the party.

The invoice is a request for the full amount of the booking.

The party is confirmed as a booking once the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due on the day of the booking in cash or via PayPal.

Deposits made against bookings are non refundable.

The client may pay more than the deposit, or make additional payments leading up to the date of performance.

Inflatables such as bouncy castles etc MUST BE SWITCHED OFF DURING PERFORMANCE

Adjustments To Your Booking

Any adjustments to the agreement or these conditions may only be made by mutual consent of both Farr Out Magic and the Client, to which this agreement must be made in writing.

Fees & Payment

The balance of the fee for entertainment is payable by Cash, bank transfer or PayPal on the day of the booking either before or upon completion of the entertainment, unless other terms have been agreed in writing.


If a car parking charge is payable this must be paid by the client.

Outside Events

It is advisable that the Client has an alternative plan in case of adverse weather.

If the artist attends full payment will be required.


Should the client cancel with less than 7 days notice of the performance date, then the full booking fee will be payable.

Cancellations of over 30 days are accepted without the full fee being due other than any deposit paid.

Cancellations should be made in writing via an email or by telephone.

Media Recordings

Farr Out Magic is more than happy for snippets of media recordings to be made during performances. The recordings must be limited to only parts of the entertainment agreed prior to the booking. Any recording must be only be used for private viewing or for use on personal Social Media.

Health and Safety

Whilst our artist will always work in a safe and careful manner and be mindful of the health & safety of all – the Client is AT ALL TIMES responsible for the well-being, discipline and care of all children present.

Our artistes will not perform unless a minimum of two adults are present in the same room at all times.

Limitation Of Liability

Notwithstanding any claims for personal injury, death or damage covered by the artiste's public liability insurance, the artiste's liability in respect to this contract is limited to the value of the booking.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of England and Wales.
